Huge live animal hunting model cuckoo clock. Double door musical with 36 note music box. Plays 1 of 2 melodies after the call of cuckoo on the hour, as the musicman emerges from the left door. Gong and cuckoo on the hour and half-hour. Deep carved, antique stain and night shut-off. 2 year warranty.
This clock is an example of the finest carving available. Its traditional carved scene depicts the day of the hunt. A majestic deer's head stands above with guns hanging below, carved with intricate detail. On the body of the clock the careful viewer can see the animals of the forest, surrounded by oak leaves, a hunting horn, and an amunition pouch.
The large case also holds a large, long-playing music box and long, deep-sounding bellows giving the cuckoo a stately call. Naturally the hands, bird, numbers, dancers, and dial are all of solid wood. The clock comes wrapped in recycled or renewable materials. The clock includes a shut-off switch which gives you the option of silencing the cuckoo and music.
