Anton Schneider Cuckoo Clock Limited Service Warranty

a.) You must enclose a dated invoice as proof of purchase. The shipping charges
to and from our authorized service station is your, the consumers, responsibility.

b.) The movement in your Anton Schneider Cuckoo Clock is warrantied for a period
of two years from the date of purchase, against defective materials and /or workmanship.
If your clock fails to work properly, it will be repaired at no charge, under the terms
and conditions of this warranty.

c.) You must send the clock to a service center as indicated at the bottom of this page.
Use the original box and packaging double-boxed in an approved UPS carton. Please insure
the cuckoo clock for your protection from damage. Damage caused by insufficient packing
is not covered by our warranty. We will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit.
The sender's name and address should be printed plainly on the box. Also include a note
with your name, address and phone number and the nature of the complaint.

d.) Do not send the pine cone weights, pendulum or roof carving. Chains must be secured
properly and not tangled or loose.

     This warranty does not cover:

     1. Clogged bearings due to dust conditions.
     2. Problems caused by carelessness or rough handling.
     3. Chains off the wheels or tangled.
     4. Case damage.
     5. Repairs by anyone else except an authorized service center.
     6. Any problem caused by not following instructions on the instruction
         sheet, packed with your cuckoo clock.

If your clock is beyond the warranty period, or not covered under the above terms of this warranty,
an estimate of the cost of the repair will be sent, before any repair is started. Please call the
repair station and ask for their, specific, instructions prior to shipping your clock to them.
