Chalet cuckoo clock with "Happy Wanderer" and dog. German Regula, 8 day movement with gong and cuckoo on the hour and half-hour. Hand spliced roof shingles. Antique stain, hand-painted flowers and night shut-off and 2 year warranty. Made by Rombach & Haas.

This charming chalet has nice proportions and is beautifully colored. The roof has individually hand-laid shingles, and the dial, hands, and bird are all of solid wood.

The solid brass time movement is hand made in the Black Forest in Germany. The cuckoo call is reproduced mechanically by real wooden whistles and bellows.
